After 18 years as a lawyer, Audrey is now a Certified Master Coach graduated from the Elementum Coaching Institute. She coaches in English and in French, to help you move through your personal and professional issues and get closer your highest self. 

Audrey is also a mediator, proficient in non-violent communication, and has trained in NLP and other helpful tools through French and American institutes. This allows her to have a very complete approach taking into account the head, the body and the soul.

Are you ready to invest in your growth and expand fully?

Individual coaching (one-to-one) allows you to explore and question the way you move through life, to understand what is holding you back, to feel into your intuition and open up to new possibilities. 

Group coaching can be done through mediation or  team coaching. This allows better communication within the group and also a better understanding of each other in order to develop a sense of belonging and solve conflicts. 

Workshops are the opportunity to question yourself as you do the work amongst like-minded people who can trigger you and whose stories can echo yours.

A SAFE SPACE TO MAKE SUSTAINABLE CHANGES


One-on-One

Package

Tailored for you to move at your own pace and create the change you need thanks to regular appointments. This coaching can perfectly match your needs and your availability.

 3 to 6-month containers (minimum 1 session fortnightly). Sessions are 1 hour + possibility to contact coach via email or messages between the first and last session of the container during working hours.  

A discovery call will allow us to discuss your needs, determine whether we can work together, tailor the container to your needs and establish a quote. Different packages are available.


End the conflict

Package

Conflict can occur in work relationships, co-parenting, couples, family… (re)learn to communicate and find a workable and long lasting solution together using the powerful mediation process.

The number of sessions and their length varies depending on the needs. The sessions will include all participants to the mediation process. Occasional individual sessions may be necessary in certain circumstances.

A discovery call will allow us to determine whether we can work together and how to organize the sessions and their price. A quote will be established.

Allow your associates, partners  and top level management to be inspirational leaders for their teams. There may be different approaches depending on the circumstances such as: 

– individual coaching to allow a partner or manager to grow and expand in their functions and be intentional leaders

– team coaching (max. 8 people) when conflict takes up too much energy and efficiency is limited 

– workshops tailored to suit your needs and work on the themes that can impact your teams

HOW DO I WORK

Some of the tools used in my coaching sessions

EMOTIONS*

Understanding how and why emotions may be overwhelming and impede decision-making, is a starting point to change. As we work with the emotions rather than against them, the coping mechanisms and adaptive strategies come to light allowing you to make real choices that matter to you. 

somatiC APPROACH*

The body has a memory of its own and  words do not always suffice to move forward. Somatic coaching brings together the body and the head, and we use movement and sound to release emotions that need to be released. This allows to move through old patterns and helps identify what you truly want for yourself.

INNER CHILD*

Connecting with your inner child is a powerful experience that allows you to re-parent the child within you and receive what you might still be craving for. This work helps reduce self-judgment, strong inner critic, procrastination and makes room for compassion and acknowledgment.  

BREATH WORK*

Breathing is key to the regulation of the nervous system. Breathing can either stimulate your energy or reduce stress and anxiety. Learning to be aware of your breathing habits and using breath as a tool to self-regulate is powerful and convenient since it’s a discreet tool that can be used in a working environment as much as at home.

MEDIATION

In conflictual situations, the mediation process allows each person to speak their truth and be heard in order to identify the core of the disagreement. Thanks to the presence of a neutral third party, it is then possible to find a solution that matches the expressed needs.

neuro LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLp)

To help change old habits and anchor new ways of doing and being, NLP uses neurological and linguistical ressources. This tool can be powerful when a person needs to reinforce its self-trust and feel more confident in making decisions. 

NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION (NVC)

To be able to be heard also means being able to express the message clearly. Non-violent communication helps distinguish facts from emotions and enables you to formulate a request and be heard by giving space for each person to respond.     

GO & FLOW

We all have both GO and FLOW energy in us. When those two energies are balanced and can express themselves freely, that is when we are able to make the most decisive and creative choices.
