Coaching helps understand what is holding you back and then get into action to reach goals that you have not been able to reach on your own or that you haven’t identified as being accessible to you. You can only change what you see!

One-on-One
Package
Tailored for you to move at your own pace and create the change you need thanks to regular appointments. This coaching can perfectly match your needs and your availability.
3 to 6-month containers (minimum 1 session fortnightly). Sessions are 1 hour + possibility to contact coach via email or messages between the first and last session of the container during working hours.
A discovery call will allow us to discuss your needs, determine whether we can work together, tailor the container to your needs and establish a quote. Different packages are available.

End the conflict
Package
Conflict can be in work relationships, co-parenting, couples, family… (re)learn to communicate and find a workable and long lasting solution together using the powerful mediation process.
The number of sessions and their length varies depending on the needs. The sessions will include all participants to the mediation process. Occasional individual sessions may be necessary under certain circumstances.
A discovery call will allow us to determine whether we can work together and how to organize the sessions and their price. A quote will be established.

Allow your associates, partners, and top level management to be inspirational leaders for their teams. There may be different approaches depending on the circumstances such as:
– individual coaching to allow a partner or manager to grow and expand in their functions and be intentional leaders
– team coaching (max. 8 people) when conflict takes up too much energy and efficiency is limited
– workshops tailored to suit your needs and work on the themes that can impact your teams

I help you overcome conflicts using the Mediation process which is a powerful one. Conflict (whether underlying or actually present) becomes an opportunity to appease tension, to reinvent communication with those with which communication is indispensable and to learn to listen to each other. You do not have to agree but, as you accept the disagreement as it is, it becomes possible to find a solution that satisfies all parties.

How does coaching work?
HOW MANY SESSIONS AND HOW REGULARLY
During our discovery call, we will determine how many sessions and what frequency could be helpful for you. 8 to 10 sessions are usually necessary to implement some change. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are efficient to give you time to digest the session and set yourself up for the next.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
We tackle the subject that you decide to bring forward – it can be a different subject at every session if you are looking for general guidance or a single subject that we work on all along the sessions. Often, when the subject varies it reaches a point where you realize that there is a central subject to it all.
I will work with you using different tools that will vary depending on the subject, on your own personal story, on your personality and where you stand with it all.
There may a somatic approach, breathing techniques, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), non-violent communication (NVC), inner child work, and more.
The core of our sessions remain your answers and thoughts and how they resonate with you.
You may always refuse to work with a tool and, in the same way, I remain free to determine which approach is the best fit with regards to the session.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING OUR LAST SESSION?
We will regularly check how the sessions are having an impact on you and where you stand with regards to your goals.
what if you want more sessions when we reach the end of the container?
We can discuss this through. Sometimes, it’s better to take a break and give time for everything to sink in. Sometimes it’s better to keep going as you are in movement. This will be up to you.
